Buddy Parks, President. As the primary operating manager, he has complete responsibility for the operations of the Company, including sales, marketing, and estimating; he is the primary contact for customer relations. Born in 1959, Buddy Parks has been a plumbing and mechanical subcontractor all his adult career and started his career with his fathers company in 1978.
John Parks, Vice President. His responsibilities include field operations and field customer relations, including all field construction from trenching through groundwork, rough, finish, and customer service. Born in 1960, John Parks has been a plumbing and mechanical subcontractor all his adult career also starting with his fathers company.
James C. Wright, Chief Financial Officer, has been with the company since November 1998. He is a CPA licensed by the State of California, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. James received his Masters in Public Accounting from Golden Gate University in 1992 and received his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Menlo School of Business in 1981.
Jim Parks, Vice President, Reconstruction, has been with the company since 2006. Jim brings over 25 years of relevant experience and is responsible for all field reconstruction efforts.
Jason Parks, VP of CAD, has been with the company since 1997. Jason manages all computer Aided Design efforts and is responsible for facilitating our biggest marketing tool the Design / Build concept.
Lewis Averill, Process Management joined the company in 2004 with operational responsibilities for the company’s Project Management, Field Support, Planning, Reporting, Continuous Process Improvement, Quality, IT, Facilities, Property, Warehouse, Distribution, Fabrication and Purchasing efforts. Lewis brings over 25 years of management experience from the Military, Aerospace and high technology industries. Lewis received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, a MS degree from USC and a MBA degree from Pepperdine University.
Cheng Zheng, Manager of Operations joined the company in January, 2006 and brings over 15 years of progressive operational and technical management experience. Cheng is responsible for the company's Field Support, Facilities, and IT functions as well as operational support for the Design and Engineering teams. Before she joined Parks Mechanical, she was a project manager for Elizabeth Town Gas Company in New Jersey, GIS Manager in the City of Denton in Texas, and then product manager for Digital Maps in California. Cheng holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an AS degree in Computer Aided Design.
Roland Kazandjian, Director - Materials, joined the company in 2006. Roland brings over 15 years of Materials, Manufacturing and Warehousing Management experience. He is responsible for the company’s Purchasing, Warehousing, Fabrication and Distribution efforts. Roland received his BS in Industrial Engineering from CSULB.
Randy Payne, Director - Human Resources and Safety, joined the company in 2003 and brings over 30 years of relevant experience. He began here as the Safety Manager and then promoted to the Director of HR and Safety in 2005. He is responsible for all HR operations including recruiting, benefits, work comp, training and payroll. In addition, he is directs the field safety team which includes site inspections, safety training and various government compliance components.
SUPERINTENDENTS
Barry Cox, Finish Superintendent & Customer Service Superintendent-Orange County and LosAngeles, has been with the Company since 1997. Barry started out in the industry working weekends and holidays plumbing with his father, then in 1982, he entered the industry as a finish plumber. He joined Parks Mechanical as a finish plumber, then became Foreman. Barry manages our finish jobs and warranty jobs in Orange County.
Jose Gonzalez, Superintendent-Los Angeles County, has been with the Company since 2005. Jose started in the plumbing industry in 1990 as a Plumber. He joined Parks Mechanical as a Superintendent. Jose is responsible for rough jobs, and is currently managing 1 job with 1 foremen reporting to him.
Andy Hemnes, Superintendent-San Diego County, has been with the Company since 1997. Andy started working in the plumbing industry in 1978 as a laborer; then became a plumber, then became a Foreman, and then became Superintendent for our San Diego County area. His responsibilities include jobs in the San Diego County and he is currently managing 3 jobs with 3 foremen reporting to him.
Marty Herm, Superintendent-Los Angeles, has been with the Company since 2000. Marty is responsible for rough, finish and warranty on his jobs and is currently managing seven jobs with six foremen.
Bob Hernandez, Superintendent-San Diego and Orange County, has been with the Company since 1997. Bob started working in the plumbing industry in 1983 as a laborer and has been around the construction industry all his life. He has been an integral part of our growth in the San Diego area, managing our San Diego jobs from groundwork to finish and through the warranty year.
Rocky Holt, Superintendent-Riverside and San Bernardino, has been with the Company since 1997. Rocky started in the plumbing industry in 1974 as a laborer. He joined Parks Mechanical as a Foreman and then became our Superintendent for Riverside and San Bernardino.
Celio Munoz, Superintendent-Orange County, has been with the Company since 1997. Celio started working in the plumbing industry in 1983 as a laborer; he started with us as a Foreman-in-training, ran jobs as a Foreman, and then became Superintendent for our Orange County area.
Craig Pang , Superintendent-Los Angeles County, has been with the Company since 1997. Craig started in the plumbing industry in 1976 as an Apprentice Plumber. He joined Parks Mechanical as a Plumber and then became Foreman and then became our Superintendent in Orange County. Craig is responsible for rough, finish and warranty on his jobs and is currently managing 19 jobs with 10 foremen reporting to him.
Frank Triplett, Finish and Customer Service Superintendent - Riverside and San Bernadino, joined the company in 2007. Frank manages our finish jobs and our warranty jobs in the In-Land empire area.br>
