AMPAM Parks Mechanical serves its primary customers, apartment developers in the Southern and Central California markets, from our Wilmington headquarters in Los Angeles County.

At the start of 2006, AMPAM Parks Mechanical has over 50 projects under construction totaling approximately 15,000 units.

We currently serve Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties.
